What is RELATIONSHIP??What is LOVE??
Disclaimer : I am going to be extremely practical in this article so read it with free mind and try to understand and not to misunderstand.
Relationship is a deal between two individuals.Deal of being together,helping each other & backing up for each other.
We are naturally programmed for finding companions so that we don't get alone in future. There is a calculation back in the mind,unknowingly, going on that decides or tells us,on which relationship we should invest our maximum time,energy,affection that are those in which we find more profitable. That's Science.That's Animal Behaviour. This is applicable even in Mother-Child or Father-Child relationships..Everyone in one or the other point thinks or feel alone even when they a in a "relationship"(i.e. they have BF or GF or whatever)..Well, that though beats the hell out of us but is not so surprising...
WE held our hopes in love relationships too high because of the Cultures,myths,literature...whereas,its just another relationship with a loved one like other relationships(with parents,sister,brother,friends etc.) Being or not being in love can't define us,can't take our inner loneliness away forever coz its human nature & there is nothing called "You Complete Me"..None cam complete none..Feeling complete simply comes from the satisfaction or assurance that we get from a particular relationship.
But we do keep our hopes high thinking LOVE is the whole wide world & all.Well, eventually we enjoy & live like that for a time-being but,with time,the reality takes place & we realize that the world is too big to say "Love is World".
So,no surprise,that we shatter down thinking that we are lacking the interest or spice like before in love.Its just that, by time, the illusion fades away and reality takes the hunter in its hand.
Then why are we so attached with the one we love i.e. the life-partners & feel comfortable more than the other relations??..That's Psychology..Science again..we feel more connection because we feel more comfortable as we ourselves chose the one & we ourselves are in control, unlike the others that we get by birth.So, we invest more & most in Love relationships.But we forget by nature that there are two individuals in a relationship.Whenever you tend to invest a hand of control in love,which is a bond shared by both equally, the other one(our better half) feels inferior as he/she also has chosen you for their life & back in the mind they also think that this is the bond that they have chosen,not something that was been enforced on them....
